GENERAL INFORMATION TEXT UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA NUMBER 6698

Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”)Eform E-Ticaret  Ltd. Sti. ( Food Or More ) processes the personal data of real persons in the capacity of data controller and in line with the principles contained in the Law. We take all kinds of technical and administrative measures in accordance with the Law in the processing of personal data within our company and we periodically carry out the necessary audits. We continue our work within the scope of the Law, knowing the rights of the data subjects and our own responsibilities as the data controller. We have prepared this clarification text in order to announce to the public detailed information on the processing of personal data of the persons concerned, their transfer to third parties, the legal reasons for collecting personal data and their rights in the Law.

A. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data as data controller in the following situations and conditionsEform E-Trade Ltd. Sti.It is processed by   and/or the real/legal persons to be appointed:

  1. In order to improve, develop, diversify our services and to offer alternatives to real/legal persons with whom we have commercial relations,

  2. Ensuring communication and cooperation between our company and the relevant persons, ensuring coordination, conducting common business areas, determining the needs of our customers and employees, fulfilling the obligations related to the contract, ensuring customer follow-up, ensuring occupational health and safety and business continuity, communication and marketing for the purpose of providing convenience, brand and reputation management,

  3. In order to prepare the documents that we are obliged to issue in accordance with the relevant laws,

  4. For the purpose of promoting, announcing and informing the public about our company and the event we attend or organize,

  5. In order to determine and implement our commercial business strategies,

  6. Associations, foundations and professional chambers, etc., with which we cooperate in accordance with the relevant laws. In order to ensure the realization of service projects with institutions,

  7. For the purposes of protecting public health, providing preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and planning, management and financing of health services,

  8. For the purpose of the complete performance of the contracts to which our company is a party and the control of the complete performance of the contracts by the counterparties in these contracts,

  9. In order to ensure the legal security of real/legal persons who are in commercial relations with our company,

  12. In order to prepare various reports, researches and presentations, to plan emergency management processes, to follow up finance and accounting works,

  13. In order to ensure security in our company's buildings, facilities and businesses,

  15. In order to create and follow visitor records, to develop and improve public relations and marketing policies,

  16. In order to regulate our company's commercial books, invoices, tenders, checks and payrolls in accordance with the legislation and to carry out the processes of these transactions correctly,

  17. In order to ensure the security of our employees, guests and the buildings, facilities and work areas of our Company with camera recording and other security measures and to control the entrances and exits,

  18. In order to ensure the efficient and effective use of the tools and materials delivered to our employees,

  19. In order to evaluate the recruitment processes of our employee candidates, to create the personnel files of our employees and to maintain the Human Resources policies of our company,

  20. In order to take the necessary measures for occupational health and safety within the scope of our obligations arising from the legislation,

  21. In order to plan and conduct training processes related to internal occupational health and safety, tourist guidance, traffic and drivers, and to make early intervention in health-related issues,

  22. In order to increase the morale and motivation, performance level, satisfaction of our employees, their interaction with each other and with our Company, and to ensure their loyalty to our Company,

  23. Voice and call recordings, in case of communication with our call centers or Company phones, in order to detect the communication and to determine the content,

  24. In order to fulfill our other obligations arising from employment contracts, especially wage payment debt,

  25. In order to carry out our commercial procurement and corporate correspondence,

  26. In order to operate the disciplinary process in cases that may occur in the workplace,

  27. In order to carry out activities for customer satisfaction,

  28. In order to provide internet access for our guests visiting our facilities, facilities and work areas and to take measures regarding internet security,

  29. In order to prepare work execution programs, prepare and implement shift lists,

  30. In order to carry out our necessary quality and standard audits or to fulfill our other obligations determined by laws and regulations,

B. Transfer of Personal Data

Your processed personal data is for the above purposes and within the framework of the conditions determined by KVKK:

  1. To our domestic and foreign business partnerships, suppliers, relevant public institutions, customers, in order to fulfill our services/commercial activities and ensure their continuity and coordination,

  2. Limited to our suppliers, business partners, relevant public institutions in order to provide products and services,

  3. To the relevant suppliers, business partners and audit firms within the scope of the relevant contracts for the purpose of auditing our activities in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation,

  4. To the relevant audit firms, private integrator firms, independent audit firms, financial advisors/accounting firms, for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations pursuant to the provisions of the relevant legislation and auditing our commercial activities,

  5. To our suppliers in order to prepare and implement strategies regarding our services and commercial activities,

  6. To domestic and/or foreign private and public legal entities in order to increase the awareness and brand value of our institution, to develop the internet infrastructure and to keep it up-to-date,

  7. To third parties and institutions requesting reference based on valid legal reason, limited to the subject of the request,

  8. To software companies and technology companies established in Turkey and abroad in order to create databases of operating systems and computer programs, to ensure program operability and to maintain and repair the program,

  9. Within the scope of security, technology and cloud services, to the institutions/organizations that provide these services established in the country and abroad of digital data,

  10. Occupational health and safety companies, hospitals and health institutions in order to fulfill their obligations for emergency medical interventions and occupational health and safety,

  11. Banks and financial institutions in order to carry out banking and financial transactions,

  12. Solution partner companies that provide repair, maintenance, repair and service services, our suppliers and companies operating in this field,

  13. To security companies in order to ensure workplace safety,

  14. Consultancy firms specialized in financial, commercial and finance, management and human resources in order to create marketing strategies, develop new business areas, increase our quality standards, and reduce costs,

  15. To our business partners, dealers, suppliers for the purposes of foreign exchange, export-import, financial and financial, legal permits and fulfillment of responsibilities,

  21. To legally authorized public institutions and organizations and judicial bodies, in line with the demands of the relevant public institutions and organizations and limited to the purpose of the request,

C. Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data, by our company or real/legal persons processing data on behalf of our company, application forms, website, various contracts, all kinds of information forms, surveys, job application forms, employment contracts, social media applications, written letters from our customers, suppliers and business partners. , verbal and digital notifications, call centers and verbal, written or electronic channels, including but not limited to those listed here, with your express consent or within the scope of other data processing conditions stipulated in the KVKK.

This information is obtained for the purposes of presenting our commercial and administrative activities within the framework of the law, and in this context, for our Institution to carry out its services, to maintain its commercial life and to fulfill its responsibilities arising from the law completely and accurately.

D. Storage and Disposal of Personal Data

Our company stores personal data in a proportionate manner for the purpose of processing personal data. Personal data is stored until the end of the period required by the relevant legislation, if the purpose and/or reason for processing has disappeared. When the purpose and reason for the processing of personal data ceases, personal data will be destroyed when the statute of limitations required to fulfill our obligations arising from the law is completed. The destruction and anonymization of personal data will be carried out within the framework of the applicable legislation.

E. Rights of the Relevant Person

Each related person has the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:

  1. Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

  2. If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,

  3. Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,

  4. Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

  5. Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

  6. Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

  7. Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  8. To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

The person concerned can submit his/her requests regarding these rights in writing, with a notice to be sent to our company's address written below, via a personal application method by presenting an identity card, or via e-mail with a document proving his/her identity. The Application Form to the Data Controller, to which the relevant persons can direct their requests, can be accessed here. The requests of the person concerned will be evaluated and decided free of charge as soon as possible and ultimately within thirty (30) days at the latest. If the evaluation and decision-making process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be taken as basis.

EXPRESS CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Eform E-Ticaret Ltd. (FoodOrMore) I have read and understood the enlightenment text about participation in the events conveyed to me. I am aware that I do not have to give express consent. In this context, I expressly consent to the collection of my participation status with a Google form, the processing and transfer of my personal data  Name, Identity information, Photo, Video shooting, Sound recording, HES code and vaccination card for the purposes specified in the clarification text. My express consent; I declare that I have conveyed/shown when filling out the online event form.
